The device used to print this villa is 6 meters wide and 20 meters long, which can be moved. The printer prints out 10 cm walls at a time. After finishing a circle, it will return to print the next 10 cm wall. The whole process is automatic operation. Every floor it prints, in addition to the walls around the villa, the walls that separate each room will also be printed. In the position where the window needs to be replaced, the system will automatically stop spraying concrete, and continue to pour automatically when it bypasses the window.
According to the person in charge of Beijing Chinese businessman Tengda Industry and Trade Co., Ltd., who completed the initiative at this stage, the printing equipment can be designed differently according to the requirements of the building complex, and most of them can be realized.
Wu Jianping, head of Beijing Huashang Tengda Industry and Trade Co., Ltd., said that it would take about 3-6 months to build a two-story building with equal area with traditional building methods. The villa printed by 3D printer basically took 45 days. The labor cost of building such a villa by the traditional construction method is about 50% of the total cost of the building, but the 3D printing technology directly casts and forms, cancels the formwork construction, and greatly reduces the project cost.
The first step is electronic batching; the second step is to mix the prepared raw materials and mix the volume of concrete; the third step is to transport the mixed materials to the printer; the last step is to print and fix the consistent steel structure at the same time, the two tracks of the printer are respectively placed in the double steel structure and frame the overall scope of the whole building. Then, as long as the building drawing data is input into the printer's CNC system, the system will automatically intervene the printing nozzle, and pour concrete on the reinforcement according to the wall direction.
"In the process of overall printing on site, the biggest problem is how to overcome the problem of rapid solidification," Wu said In this printing process, after the ordinary concrete is mixed, the wall is difficult to form because it can't solidify quickly. Another problem is that due to the limited cost of the company, there is no way to carry out the test on the test bench, but according to the national requirements for building design, it is enough to build a two-story building with the same area and can resist the magnitude 8 earthquake intensity, with 5 tons of steel bars. But in order to ensure the quality, the thickness of the villa wall is 25cm, the foundation and wall are reinforced by 20t, and the concrete is all standard C30. "
