Founded in 1989, Beijing Huashang Luhai Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Regal Industrial Park, Tongzhou District, Beijing, covering an area of about 18000 square meters. With the comprehensive strength of manufacturing, installation and development. Since 2003, it has been replaced by "Shouxin enterprise" for many times. It is one of the enterprises with considerable strength in the same industry. It has undertaken many large-scale projects owned by the city and made contributions to the urban construction of Beijing.
2、 Equipment development
In 2014, the Chinese land and sea technology team began to concentrate on the research and development of building 3D printing equipment, and successfully developed and produced the building 3D printer with heavy aggregate reinforced concrete as the printing raw material in 2015-2017. At the same time of overcoming the technical pain point of the industry, the company has developed tower crane type construction printer which is suitable for overall printing on site and gantry type construction printer which is suitable for the expectation of the factory according to different printing environment and printing demand. The complete set of gantry building printer equipment includes: electronic batching system, automatic feeding system, printing system, overall lifting system, assembly for about 3-5 days, divided into automatic and semi-automatic modes; tower crane building printer has the function of gantry printer, its advantages are convenient transportation, small size, and assembly only needs one day and three dimensions. We have developed at least three generations of gantry 3D printing equipment, each of which has a breakthrough change and a qualitative leap. Building 3D printer direct printing molding technology, the elimination of the template mold, reduce the cost of the project, mechanical construction instead of labor, replacement of the construction period, plus the construction speed, to achieve the manufacturing industry in the application of numerical control technology in the construction industry. Therefore, the 3D printing construction equipment developed by Chinese merchants on land and sea has a cross era significance in the world history.

3、 Project example introduction
In 2015, land and sea, a Chinese business, was the first company in the world to use 3D printers to print the whole building on site. The building has a total area of 400 square meters, because of its advanced technology, high overall printing buildings, and the use of 2- The 3cm stone aggregate concrete printing building, the center of which is bound with steel bars to ensure earthquake resistance and shear strength, has caused a huge sensation in the interior. Many Chinese and foreign media and visiting groups visited and interviewed, such as CNN of the United States, NHK of Japan, French Embassy and other countries; and with the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, India and other countries above the letter of intent, which has been recognized and adopted by designers around the world.

In 2018, Chinese merchants successfully printed "New Windsor Castle" in Lingshan tourist area, becoming the first enterprise in the world to realize the commercialization of "3D architectural printing". According to the traditional construction process, the castle needs at least 9 months of construction period, but after using 3D printing equipment, the actual construction period is changed to only 2 months. At the same time of changing construction cycle, in terms of labor and building materials, it also saves 60% compared with the traditional construction technology in terms of building standards. "New Windsor Castle" fully conforms to the existing national construction specifications and standards!

At the beginning of 2019, Chinese businessmen launched the "3D printing assembly building" project. The project adopts the unique "reinforced concrete" 3D printing raw material technology of "Chinese land and sea" in the world. In the form of factory pouring, it binds the steel bars for the buildings of all industries through concrete, and processes the structural junction points, so as to realize the super structural stability of the whole building. In terms of application value, this kind of construction method can not only be flexibly assembled according to the needs of the property owners, but also have recyclability and upgradeability. Therefore, after the commercialization of the technology, the houses of the buyers will not be in the situation of time-consuming, money-consuming and "overturning" again. Only replacement and upgrading are needed.

The landscape bridge installed in front of the prefabricated villa is also an important direction of the research and development of the prefabricated building "landscape architecture".
According to the different structures of the landscape, the landscape bridge adopts the prefabricated building mode, which is printed first and then installed. Besides the 3D building printing advantages, it also embodies the advantages of convenient transportation and simple installation of the prefabricated building.

5、 Company honor
In 2015, Chinese businessman Lu Hai was invited to attend Beijing 751 International Design Week exhibition and won the "green environmental protection Award" submitted by the Organizing Committee of International Design Festival.
