[narration] recently, the world's first 3D printing villa appeared in Tongzhou District of Beijing, with a construction period of only 45 days. The villa is made of giant printer with special reinforced concrete structure, which can resist the earthquake of magnitude 8.
On July 5, the reporter saw in an industrial area of Songzhuang Town, Tongzhou District, Beijing that the walls of the villa were gray, dark green conical roof, and the two sides of the main gate were transformed into walls. Into the villa, divided into two floors, each floor 6 rooms, the second floor of a simple decoration, air conditioning, power, network cable is also being installed.

We spent 45 days, a month and a half, 45 days in this villa. We used 3D printers and reinforced concrete to cover it layer by layer. Now we can draw the outline line and cover it layer by layer.
[narration] according to the person in charge, the reason why the villa is called "the world's first 3D overall printing villa" is that it is printed on the construction site by a printer, rather than printed and stacked in advance, and the villa is large in size. Stress plates are bound with steel bars according to the requirements of the construction industry code, instead of C30 concrete steel bars, which have high strength, so they can resist M 8 earthquake.

Now we use C30 to build this villa. The strength of the cement is enough. After that, it is possible to build a two-story villa. Generally speaking, it is about 5 tons to 10 tons of steel bars at most. Now we use 20 tons of steel bars. We start from the foundation and tie up the steel bars. It is a double-layer steel bar, 12 double-layer steel bars, Of course, there is a certain basis for us to say that it is resistant to M 8 earthquakes.
[commentary] the reporter saw that as the whole villa adopts 3D printing, the wall is not as flat as the traditional building, but presents a threaded shape. Wu Jianping told reporters that 3D printing even saves time and labor, and can also realize the "private customized" system "and complete the construction of various irregular buildings.

I want to design a room of my own. I use CAD (engineering design program) to draw a room on paper. How big is the room and how big is the room. After CAD is finished, it is put into this software. Through the software, the desired room will be automatically printed out.
Wu Jianping told reporters that the villa is a test product of the company's 3D printing equipment and will not be sold. As for the future planning, Wu Jianping said that he hoped to be able to conduct 3D printing grounding gas to benefit the people.
